Office and Commercial Interior Renovations in Wake Forest and the Raleigh Area
An office renovation starts with how the space is used day to day. Reign Resolution takes on interior improvements for offices and other commercial spaces in Wake Forest, Raleigh and the Triangle, planning flooring, paint, ceilings and lighting, doors and finish work as one project with one point of contact, and agreeing on a written scope, schedule and price before anything starts. Tell us about the space and we’ll set up a walk-through.
What an office project with Reign includes
Layout refreshes within the existing footprint, new flooring, paint and wall finishes, ceiling and lighting updates, interior doors and hardware, break room and restroom updates, trim and finish work, and the trades involved scheduled as part of one project. Structural changes, additions and building expansions are outside what we take on.
Working in an occupied space
Most office projects happen while the business keeps operating. Before work starts we agree on which areas can be closed off, which need to stay open, and whether any of the work should happen outside business hours, then plan the sequence around that so the people using the space are disrupted as little as practical. Tell us how the space is used and when it is busiest, and we will build the schedule around it.
How we plan and price an office project
Step 1 — Share the project: tell us about the space, what needs to change, how the business uses it and your preferred timing. Step 2 — Walk the space: we review the areas involved, measure, and discuss options, constraints and how the work can be sequenced around your operations. Step 3 — Agree on the work: you receive a written scope, schedule and price, with selections, exclusions and responsibilities, before any work starts. Step 4 — Build and closeout: one schedule, one point of contact, and a final walkthrough.
Common planning questions
What should I include in my first message? The town, the type of space, roughly how large the area is, what you want to change, and your preferred timing. Can the office stay open during the work? Usually, yes. We plan the sequence around which areas need to stay in use and whether any work should happen outside business hours. Who handles permits and the landlord? We tell you up front which parts of the scope typically need a permit so that can be built into the schedule. If you lease the space, landlord approval of the planned work is your responsibility, and we can provide the written scope you need for that conversation.
